2009.02.19米国の対北朝鮮政策に関するセミナー（2009/2/19）

2009年1月に外交問題評議会（CFR）発刊の”Preparing for Sudden Change in North Korea”という報告書をまとめたPaul Stares氏とJoel Wit氏を招き、報告書の内容や米国の対北朝鮮政策に関するセミナーを開いた。冒頭、Paul Stares氏から報告書作成の背景や概要について説明を受けた後、質疑応答および活発な意見交換が行なわれた。議論は北朝鮮核問題の行方や朝鮮半島に対する中国の影響力等にも及んだ。
