ソウル大学日本研究所との共催で「日韓知性の開かれた対話」第二次会合を開催した。2014年10月4日にソウルで開催された第一次会合で、プロジェクトメンバーは現在の日韓関係は政治レベルでの不信の余波が経済、民間レベルにまで及び、それが政治関係の回復をさらに難しくする、いわゆる悪循環の複合的な危機に陥ったとの認識を共有するに至った。今回、東京で開催された第二次会合では、そうした共通認識を再確認し、安全保障、経済、教育分野における両国協力の在り方を議論する機会となった。また、日本の大学生の意見を聞く場を設けて、悪化しつつある日韓関係の現状に対する具体的かつ実質的な議論を進めた。プログラムは以下の通りである。
